After this period is over you can cancel lessons at anytime.
2. Can I change tutors within the introductory period?
No. For this reason it is important to be happy with your choice of tutor before the first lesson. You will have an opportunity to speak to the tutor before your first lesson and decide if you are happy to go ahead.
3. What fee should be negotiated after the introductory period?
This is between the customer and the tutor and will depend on the lesson duration, subject, travel costs and number of students in a lesson.
4. Does the introductory offer include lessons for more than one student per lesson?
Yes. Though the number of students allowed should be discussed with the tutor.
